This fee includes full photographic presentation of your property, extensive marketing on Website (will feature property option), Mainstream platforms On the Market etc & social media platforms (Facebook, Market Place, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter - Video & Physical Viewings (all carried out adhering to current Covid 19 guidelines) - Tenant referencing using VOUCH, preparation of legal tenancy agreement and legal registration of deposit if required.

Deposit compliant fully photographic and written & time dated Inventories can be provided at the following costs

1 bed = £89

2 bed = £99

3 bed = £149

4 bed = £199

5 bed+ = £249


TENANT FIND + MONTHLY RENT COLLECTION  = £350 Set-up + 5.5% of monthly rental income (NO VAT CHARGED)

This fee includes full photographic presentation of your property, extensive marketing on Website (with feature property option), Mainstream platforms On the Market etc & social media platforms (Facebook, Market Place, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter - Video & Physical Viewings (all carried out adhering to current Covid 19 guidelines) - Tenant referencing using VOUCH - Preparation of legal tenancy agreement - Legal registration of deposit - Automated rental payments, monthly rental income statements and annual statements for tax purposes through PAYPROP. Safe and secure access to your personal rental account information via the PAYPROP Landlords app

FULLY MANAGED SERVICE - £350 Set-up + 11% monthly rental income (NO VAT CHARGED)

This fee includes full photographic presentation of your property, extensive marketing on Website (with feature property option), Mainstream platforms On the Market etc & social media platforms (Facebook, Market Place, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter - Video & Physical Viewings (all carried out adhering to current Covid 19 guidelines) - Tenant referencing using VOUCH - Preparation of legal tenancy agreement - Legal registration of deposit -  Automated rental payments, monthly rental income statements and annual statements for accounts through PAYPROP. Safe and secure access to your personal rental account information via the PAYPROP Landlords app - Tenancy Inspections - Maintenance Reporting - Notifications of Gas Safety, EPC and EICR expiry - Arrangement &/or project management of any maintenance works will incur a 10% charge of the final invoice -  Full legislation compliance. Our fully managed service is personal, no part of it is outsourced, it is completely managed in-house which in turn reduces the potential for error.
